Returns
We accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, email info@phück.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions for sending it back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Customized or personalized merchandise is final sale unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
